Transition between the old and the new system by Donggun Lee ‘Confusion:’ Moving towards an unknown territory that has never been experienced, meaning that the new part of the universe has to be explored without everlasting uncertainty, which gives rise to fear, confusion and powerlessness. A very short moment of waking up to a new reality, opening up to a new dimension of being, leads one to misunderstand that it is the definite sign of the new beginning. However, there will be constant shift in between the old and the new system till there can be a complete shift, the moment when it is no longer a transition but a change (transformation).
We shall not be disappointed or feel blocked because the old system takes its place once again with ever stronger presence in the body and mind. Instead, do acknowledge that it is truly the phase of transition and something is indeed moving forward and taking its shape. Trust. Surrender. For what it may be or may not be, let it be and observe. When ready, jump. The true transformation will take place in the unknown, by the unknown and to the unknown. It can not exist within the boundaries of old consciousness. You are designed so that the change is meant to occur. You’ll not be ready when that happens. The process will not follow through the old pattern. It is an authentic change, for there will be nothing that resembles the old system of mind, language and consciousness.
The Experience: In stages> ‘The First’ The increasingly more coordinated movements signifies (is the manifestation of) the inevitable cohesiveness between the left and right hemisphere, the harmonizing processes between the two worlds through one brain, one body.
’The Second’ Fatigue: blockage, sense of responsibility without true meaning manifested in the physical body centered around shoulder, the very part where… , depression. As long as you’re present/observant with yourself, the rest will follow naturally. It is important to give the body and mind the rest it needs. Nevertheless, even when it becomes overwhelming so much as to feel as if you’re no longer able to continue whatever it is that you’re in, what’s even more crucial is the recognition that giving the rest itself should not be the objective but what’s needed comes organically as a part of the larger processes.
It truly is about BEing. ’
The Third’ The release of emotional charge: trauma, pain, sorrow in the collective that needs to be healed -> [practical terms] calling for the need for awareness of historical background/factual bases so that partly can be freed from the sole experience of pain -> transformation of this energy into the life energy that gives rise to concrete words, bases for strong belief system that brings positivity into the world, actions and ultimately transcendence into the wholeness through each and every being. The release of emotional charge has been experienced along with the intuitive recognition of life energy that allows one to be relatively more responsive to the pain that is perhaps inevitable. What is crucial as well as what is often forgotten is the fact that it is the very presence of life energy that allows what ‘is’. Unless there is a way that we can truly embody the pure awareness of the essence, the life energy, we will be bound to limitation, blockage, attachments and addictions. Everything that has happened since the beginning of it all is stored in every part of our body.
The processes that are accompanied during the Innerdance experience may allow us to enter the field of awareness that seem overwhelming at initial stages because in daily lives we have an array of mechanisms readily at our disposal to hold ourselves back to face what needs to be faced. By allowing our consciousness to access the state of remembrance, it opens up the space where we only could witness through relatively meagre methodologies such as psychedelics, etc.
But it is so important to recognize our state of centeredness despite of all restrictions laid in the course of our life experiences from various institutions such as education, family, society, and all kinds of illusioned sense of identity.
It is not to say that Innerdance is the only process that allows such in-depth enquiry into what is being called for or what ‘is’, but it appears to be one very effective, systematic, well-built-up questioning that there is. Through various institutionalized knowledge structures, belief systems and societal values, we are constantly fed with the answers rather than what we truly need, namely questions. It is not even the questions per se that we are in need of, but a limitless open space where we can develop our own questioning processes. In fact, such space already exists and have existed from the extensive beginning. [We are universe]. But the awareness of the space is only made possible through
